Welcome to the website of the IEA Greenhouse Gas R&D
Programme (IEA GHG). IEA GHG is an Implementing Agreement
of the International Energy Agency, and was founded in 1991.
It is a major international research collaboration that
assesses technologies capable of achieving deep reductions
in greenhouse gas emissions. The website is designed to
provide details about IEA GHG, what our main activities
are and the conferences we organise. In addition, it provides
reference material on issues such as climate change and
the need for emission reduction which underpins our continued
existence.
